Types of care

Regular maintenance

includes the following services (unless otherwise agreed):

  • our transport to/from the cemetery,,

  • raking leaves or snow,

  • gravestone cleaning,

  • removal of  moss, lichens and other impurities,

  • weeding and tending living plants,

  • watering of flowers as needed,

  • installation and lighting of new candles,

  • sending photo documentation to your e-mail or phone.

Regular maintenance also includes a new decoration of the grave by flowerpots with live flowers according to the season of the year (chrysanthemums, pansies, tulips) at every maintenance visit.

Extra services

In addition to standard care, you can order:

  • decoration with live flowers,

  • decent flower wreath made of natural materials
    (All Saints’ Day, Christmas decoration),

  • pouring the grave (terracotta or marble grit, pebbles, crushed bark),

  • and other services.

For easier decision-making of our clients, our basic range of services and the usual frequency of maintenance is standardised. Yet, obviously, we understand the individual needs of each client and are ready to agree the frequency and content of maintenance on an individual basis.

How to order our services

Please fill in our simple order form so that we have the basic information about your needs. Upon this, we will contact you and agree with you on details of the required services.

Choose the maintenance as per your preference

We offer a regular maintenance program or an individual care. We will be happy to discuss your specific wishes and adapt our services accordingly.

Photo

Record

We will take care of the grave in accordance with your instructions. During each maintenance visit, we will take a digital photograph showing how the grave is looking before and after the cleanup, and the photograph will be e-mailed or texted to you for your peace of mind.

The time of our grave maintenance visits is agreed with our clients on an individual basis but usually, our regular maintenance contains (among other) visits in the following time of the year:

​

- second half of October (All Saints’ Day decoration),

- Advent Season (Christmas decoration)

- anniversary of birth or death

Did you know that ...

If you are the owner of a burial site, a regular maintenance and

care of the grave is your responsibility?

You must make sure that the site is not overgrown with unsuitable vegetation that would disturb the surroundings, and maintain the grave at your own expense on an ongoing basis so that its condition does not complicate the use of other grave sites. You are also obliged to have a tombstone repaired immediately if, for example, the disturbed stability endangers the health or property of others.

We are based in Prague and focus on the provision of our services on all Prague cemeteries. At the same time, we continuously extend  the number of locations where we are able to maintain burial places of your loved ones.
